WITH THE PERFECTSERVE PRACTITIONER APP, YOU CAN:
- Send a secure message to colleagues, including text messages, clinical photos, voice
messages and group messages.
- Automatically identify and connect to the colleague you need to reach at that particular moment in time with Dynamic Intelligent Routing®.
- Securely call patients while protecting your caller ID privacy and overcoming caller ID
block. When you call a patient, your office number — not your personal mobile number
— appears as the caller ID.
- Instantly sign on or off call or change who is covering call. The changes take effect immediately.
- Easily change how you are reached based on your predefined communication
preferences.
- Change your status for those situations when you cannot be contacted directly (e.g., in surgery, clinic,
etc.) with just a click. All communications will be automatically routed to the right back-up colleague.
- View and manage patients assigned to your group and manage which provider is caring for each.
- Easily capture charges at the point of care in just a couple of clicks to avoid lost charges and speed

Version 8.11.0

Fixed the following reported defects:

- Fixed an issue where the keyboard would remain toggled and this obstructed the view of the application.
- Improved the experience for users who leverage Perfect Serve’s Round Robin functionality so that the rotation overview is visible prior to editing rotation participants.

Changes include:

- Added a care team call icon to allow practitioners to call a patient's nurse when using PCCTA (Patient-Centered Care Team Access).
- Changed Team Alert forms to permit messages to be sent when there are empty non-required fields.
- Other changes in this release are internal and do not affect the user experience. As such, users will see no change in functionality.

Works great on iPhone/Needs iPad landscape mode support

Please provide iPad landscape support. I use an iPad for workflow and have notifications set to iPad. Unfortunately, the app opens in portrait mode only, which is not really usable with an attached keyboard. Would be great to have the app support using the full screen in landscape mode, but even a bare minimum adjustment to allow the portrait mode to show up vertically in portrait mode (like an iPhone app on iPad) with half the screen wasted would likely be more usable than forcing portrait mode. Would also be great if split screen mode can be supported. While iPadOS 16’s Stage Manager may help those with M1 iPads and the more recent iPad Pros, an option to allow split screen as an option on all iPads would be more broadly helpful and for me in particular.

I have seen other previous issues improved upon, so I appreciate that, but I think the above change would improve workflow for iPad users.

Horrendously slow app wastes HOURS of time daily

I have been using this app for 2+ years now and it’s just getting worse and worse. The concept and organization and use is extremely helpful but the glitches and the number of times the app freezes daily is absolutely absurd. There are 40+ physicians in my group and we all have the same issue. I’ve complained to tech support several times and the answer is “it’s your connection”. Really? All 40 of us, whether it’s our home super high speed Wi-Fi, our 5G or LTE, or work Wi-Fi, ALLLL have a connection issue? It’s not that app? Really?
I will be having all of our physicians as well as the 100+ at our sister hospitals leave reviews and I assure you, it won’t be pleasant. I’ve already motioned for our hospital system to change to a different company.
