Fills a gap

This is the best pgn viewer I found for the iPhone. It has some quirks like that it exits if I switch apps directly into a game in a file/book (need to go back to open the file/book first) and it has some issues reading certain pgn characters e.g. +=,! Etc. (exits)

I lost my money, extremely poor customer service.

First the good… then the bad and the ugly. The chess books with PGN are nice! IF they work and IF they load. Several books I purchased never showed up on my book list. I went to the restore purchases option in the settings of the app. No dice. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled and lost EVERYTHING. Hundreds of dollars of books. Went to the restore purchases option, says purchases restored and will be downloaded. But NOTHING. Phone on and off. Nothing. I sent several messages through contact page for app developer. No response. I tried contacting customer service number listed. It takes me to a spam bot message for auto insurance. Horrible experience. Just hoping I can get all my money back.

Wouldn't buy PGNs in the app

Really liked the app, pretty minimal but really provides what I want.
But, I'm unable to download any of the PGNs I have purchased.
Originally, I was just unable to download Fischer Move By Move, but decided to redownload the app in hopes of fixing the issue. Now, I can't download any of my purchased books. I tried contacting customer support awhile back but nothing happened.
App was updated, and looked like it might fix it. However, still dosen't work. IDK. App is usable if you just import PGNs.
