Fast bill entry—responsive team

I love putting bills in on this app-much easier than on the computer. I had an issue with the quality questions “not taking” on the server, but appearing as if they were in the app. The team at IMBills and their developers responded and the issue truly does appear to be resolved with this update. If you have an issue, the developers will listen.

I’ve never written a review before

But because this app is the bane of my existence, I’m compelled to do so. I’ve had to uninstall and download this app every other week because of the syncing issues. I have had my billing list from as far back as 2 weeks ago pop up and it’s unable to sync up. Multiple times I’ve had to give up on this app and use the desktop version which by no means is a walk in the park either. Sometimes the app just crashes on its own and I have to login again every. Single. Time. MIPS questions do not load maybe 25% of the time, so I get called by the clinical coordinator on my days off to answer a few of them, which by the way I have to login through a desktop computer to do. Ingenious med needs to keep up with the times, which it clearly has not. It’s slow. It’s ineffective, and above all else, so time consuming. Healthcare companies need to think twice before using this archaic dinosaur software for their billing and coding. It’s sad because three years ago this service was amazing. I could literally finish billing by the time I walked from the hospital to my car with just one hand. Now it’s a worthless app and an absolute time killer. Zero stars.

Poor function

When the app is actually functioning, one might enjoy using it and would even commend the developers. But on a busy hospital service, this app freezes every time you turn it on. The screen stays frozen for 1-2 minutes. Another problem is that the app does not update its content. The only way to solve this is to delete the app and downloaded again. Sometimes even this doesn’t help. The last thing I have to do it to reboot my phone.
After having gone through these issues, the app eventually kicks in and lets you put your bills.
