Great app for morning dumbbell workout

So first time trying a workout app. This was perfect. Doesn’t take long but in 20 workouts has really built some legit muscle. Rotation of exercises is fresh, inventive and challenging. Struggled my first two sessions with weight amounts. Recommend use one standard weight far all exercises. Once you can do 15-20 reps increase weight standard.

More users

It would be nice to have Multiple users, so if more than one person is working out together on one app, we can both track our progress. I am working out with my young children and it would be nice for us to save all of our data in comparison to each other while we all work out on the same app. It would also be nice to be able to go back to an exercise instead of only being able to go forward. If I’m working out with one child at a time and want to go back and repeat the same exercise with the other child that is not as easy to do.
