You strive to perform better in the activities of your everyday life, you pride yourself in your physical accomplishments, and you attempt to do these without injury. When placing work on the body, it can break down and injury may occur. A strategy to dealing with these injuries is imperative. Good app with good video demos

Pretty good app. I like the anatomy chart and clicking on the muscles to show what technique to use to work it out.

I wish there was audio explaining the technique with the video. I also wish you could just create your own playlists of exercises.

Easy to use and target the area you need

This app is has an easy access the area you need help with. Go to the muscle chart or go to the injury you have or go to the section of the sport you participate in and there will be a series of short videos to do and a do not do this hint. I am sold on the roller after I got hip bursitis in both hips when running. PT did not help or a cort. Shot. I got a roller and it solved my problem. Now after every run I roll and stretch. I was a little disappointed bursitis was not on the injury list but the exercises I need are. There are over 100 bursa sacks in your body and I think the dr needs to add this to his app. Roll baby roll.
