Hate the redesign

It would be 4 stars if the redesign wasn’t so terrible. I’ve tried living with it thinking I would get use to it, but I can’t. I hate it. It’s so cluttered and I can’t *see* the info I need to see. The A and B buttons are so big that they cover up the time the car is parked. I try to zoom, but that doesn’t separate the time parked from the A covering it. And what’s with the gas tank? I don’t need to see that or the huge banner on top of the location. Also, the large color banners at the bottom obscure 1/3 of the map! And on the Route Replay, the huge bar of the date/time obscure the top 1/3. The new layout is craptastic! I preferred seeing a clean map and tapping on the options for route replay or current location. Yes, you can click multiple icons to clear the messy, large banners obscuring the map to see the info you paid to see. But who wants to tap three different icons to clear them every single time I want to see just the map on a route replay?? Please clean it up or allow us to customize (set a default view) what we see. And get rid of the huge A and B markers. We can see where a route started and ended without them obscuring the info.

They don’t care

I’ve been a customer for 5 years. We have two accounts with them. MONTHS ago the notifications stopped working. I have called them numerous times and explained what’s going on, what I see, what I’ve done, deleted, reinstalled, edited settings, etc etc etc. I work in IT, I know the drill. Never, NEVER has anyone called me back. I’m now waiting for a call back from the last call I made, over 3 weeks ago, which I’m guessing is never coming. The last lady I spoke with sounded promising, sigh, and even told me she’s had other customers complain that they aren’t receiving the notifications either. I told her I first reported this back in April, notifications stopped working in March. If anyone had called me then they would have known they had an issue. At this point I’m cancelling my account and contacting my financial institution about the monthly fees I’ve been paying for months for services that they not only can’t/won’t fix, but they don’t even have the etiquette to contact their customers about. I’ve done my part to try and assist and reconcile the issue. They refuse to be of service. At this point I’m blatantly just being taken advantage of.

Unable to view app

I am unable to view the app on my phone since the app was updated two days ago.
