Thanks for using Shareable Forms for iPad! Our team is constantly improving the application and related cloud services. Every update includes improvements for features, speed, and reliability. Please refer to the Release Notes or check with your local administrator.
This release includes:
• Blank values are no longer applied by form templates.
• Encounter list filters may now be sticky.
• Encounter list filters may now be tied to lexicons.
• Separating and filtering encounters by facility is now supported.

Tremendous Benefit
This app has been a tremendous benefit for our facility. It makes the documentation on the day of surgery easier and keeps everyone up to speed on every patient. It also makes chart completions and reviews/audits so much faster. We have been through a couple of State and AAAHC surveys since this system was implemented and the surveyors were pleased with the ease of reviewing our charts and made that process smoother.
Clean and Lean
In the current events of 2020, this app helps reduce the risk of spreading viruses by eliminating paper hand offs. By removing paper, it also brings about much leaner and more efficient processes. This app also uses forms that are familiar to the user; therefore, it’s easy to navigate and helps reduce deficient chart documentation. All of the above brings higher return on investments. It’s a win win application.

This is app is awesome! Not only does it offer a 35% + cost savings out of the box but it also allows clinicians a modality centric documentation to avoid paper and a person to person hand-off.
