ShopHQ for iPad 4+

Love the new app! Much easier to get around the website. I use an iPad and will occasionally get a pop up asking me if I want to leave the website. I just X out of the pop up and stay on the current page without any issues. Trying to get used to the back button on the bottom of the screen and not the top of the screen.

I love shopping this website. It’s pretty easy and fun to navigate. I don’t like it though when a product will give you about 15 pages for example and if you are on like page 5 and you choose to see one item in particular and then you decide to go back it’ll take you back to the first page and make you start all over again and that’s frustrating!!! Otherwise what I see and order is what I get. They can only give you an estimated time and day because some of my deliveries arrive early and that’s even more exciting!!! I also LOVE their customer service. What more can I ask for!!!! For me 5 stars for sure!!!😀😀😀💕💕

What is going on? Every time I want to watch shop hq live on my iPad it glitches and the video rewinds itself and fast forwards itself, so how can I watch and shop? Also, when I click on a link for a video on clothes, jewelry, etc the video says it cannot play! What? That’s the whole reasoning for online/tv shopping so you can WATCH the video and see how it looks on the models and the commentary and descriptions from the hosts. I love shop ha and I have been shopping ever since it was called Evine but this is annoying. I clicked on the chat and the virtual assistant stated that the technicians know there’s a problem with the videos but when is it going to get fixed? I’m disappointed to say the least!
