App doesn’t keep you logged in.
The app works great for organizing work orders, however as of a couple of weeks ago Sightplan will not let me stay logged in for more than a couple of sessions. What was once an accessible, quick tool has now become a laborious and frustrating experience.
Best mobile maintenance app by Far!
Everyone from maintenance to leasing to the regional and asset manager loves the ease and insight of the SightPlan App. The bi-directional integration with the PM software makes it easy to track work orders, voice messages and easily communicate the task status with residents. The regional manager can easily see the status across all properties and can schedule preventive maintenance and inspections. It pays for itself. Truly a game changer for operations.

So Happy We Upgraded
Long gone are the days with paper work orders. Maintenance can communicate with residents easily and with a newfound transparency. Just the ease of being able to put in work orders at any time has made such a change in our day to day. The SightPlan team has been amazing any questions have been answered same day. I definitely recommend!
