What a Mess
My shop runs on Green Bits. We have to delete the app and download it again multiple times a week as a last resort to keep it running. Our receipt printer disconnects constantly. The built in rewards system cheated our best customers out of the rewards they have earned over a period of time and very little if any help was offered to us to resolve this. The latest update has caused so many issues, I’ve lost count.
Don’t use EVER
This app is the absolute worst! It constantly shuts down, talking to their “technicians” is like talking to a toddler that doesn’t want to listen. All they do is give you the run around and no one ever has a solution. You’ll constantly get fines from the OLCC. Not worth the headache. Use Flowhub
It’s only kinda awful
Yes it will crash every 50 transactions, it often lags when typing, often can’t connect with the printer or the sales site, frequently can’t load a product in the activity register, and I can’t ring up one item and say quantity seven I have to actually ring up seven items... but I use it every day and it mostly works
