Perfect app and so much useful

Really happy that I could get a job using this app. This app is really helpful and easy to use. User interface is also really nice. Free and perfect app which is helpful to people in many ways. Thank you developers. I wish you good luck. You have done a great job.

Useless Apps and Very rude Customer Service

If last year, we can make sales out of ads from Dubizzle, this year I’ve been inactive and just on Facebook Marketing coz NO SALES on Dubizzle, once you post only annoying offers from users without contact details will message you. It’s only a waste of time to post ads and reply to messages. Plus they will suddenly delete your ads and block you for unjustifiable reason and even happily emailed you that you cannot reactivate. Even you didn’t do anything wrong you just post the as the posts of others. They are rude when it comes to customer service as if they rule the country but they don’t. It’s not a useful apps no plan to reactivate even they thought i want to. I only emailed to inquire why and to see how they will response with respect, professionally and with knowledge but their guy “Omar” was lazy to do so, unprofessional and lack of capacity to explain things well and specifically. Poor judgement on issues yet he is proud to be dumb. Thanks for last year it was good. But this year its useless, helpless apps. I found my job on linked in and i sold my items on facebook. Better not use dubizzle, only same users are there who post ads, no buyers thats why they only annoyed you with cheap offers on your ads. Lots of bogus buyers NO SALES, only headache and waste of time!

Buyer beware!!!

This app is crawling with fraudsters. Of course there are the honest buys too.
MacBook Air 2022 for AED2000 brand new. But you need to order online from a UK based number !!! 👀 then we’ll shop the sealed laptop. I don’t want to even go into possibilities.

I was already conned before buying a second hand washing machine sold as used for 3 months. Only to find out when using it that it did a terrible job at washing and a whole lot of noise. Of course the seller changed his WhatsApp number. And my trusting nature didn’t serve me this time around.

Dubizzle stands a chance of being a customers centric market place. But now. I’m afraid they do little ( thanks for the banner every time you open the app it’s a big leap but Still not enough)

When attempting to Repor the case above I got “something went wrong, please try again later” when trying to submit. Which didn’t work later but kept giving the same message and that was enough.

Honestly for now. Tread on very carefully.
Assume the the best but do your part in being super finicky. Meet the person. Test the product with a professional if not sure. This is your right. if they go “do you want to buy or not?” RUN 🏃‍♀️

Dubizzle. Protect your users. It’s not an option. It’s your job IF you want the 5 stars. For now just one Is honest.
