Garbage App

Had the displeasure in having to use this app to pay for parking. I’ll give it two stars for actually working. But just because something works, doesn’t mean it’s good. Why does the app log you out every time you move it to the background? How am I supposed to goto my Wallet app to get me card info? And then it doesn’t let you paste in your credit card number! A small child could come up with a better design.

Product Managers for this app need to find a new career

This app is absolute garbage. I don’t even know where to begin. No iOS integration to populate personal information on sign up so that registration is a long and cumbersome process. Cannot paste in credit card numbers from a Wallet app for who knows what “security” reason. When you push the app to the background to try to get wallet information and then return the app makes you start over on creating payment information. Forget any sort of Apple Pay integration. The worst part about the whole experience is that the app once you to pay for $25 in parking in advance despite the fact you’ll likely never use this app again. I experienced it in a vacation town; this prepayment policy makes no sense for an app in a town people visit in frequently. It’s also risky because there’s a good chance this company could go out of existence before you ever use all the parking you pre-paid for. Because of this app I literally moved my car to a free parking area and walked three times the distance just so I can avoid doing business with this company.

Don’t waste your time

I have about six of these apps on my phone since I drive a round two different carriers quite a bit. This is the absolute worst one. After spending 15 minutes downloading it and entering my credit card information. It asked for a parking zone I have no idea what that is I just see a parking number on the meter. The parking zone appear to be pre-filled in so I put in the parking meter number but it tells me that does not exist. I then try taking out the parking zone completely and just putting the meter number in and it tells me to add time. But when I try to add time nothing happens when I click on the box for the time and put. So I can’t add time and I can’t pay for parking. The best part is they have a place at the bottom for feedback. So I write something soI write something similar to this in the feedback section but then the send button does not work. I ended up driving away and going someplace else to shop.
