Description
The quality of your car’s ride has always been subjective and difficult to communicate to your service professional. Smoothride provides the tools to not only measure and quantify the quality of wheel balance and brake performance, but also direct you to the best shops to fix those problems.
You will need to turn on Location Services (Settings - Privacy, toggle Location Services to 'on' then scroll down to SmoothRide app and set it for 'While Using the App') for this application to function.
Once locations services are enabled: start the app, press the arrow button, then place your device in a cup holder and drive. When you're done, your wheel and brake vibration will be rated between zero (none) and 9 (yikes!). If you've got a balance or brake shake issue use the look up to find nearby Pro-Cut approved shops. Lastly you can use it to evaluate wheel balance or brake function before and after service.
SmoothridePRO is designed for auto service professionals and allows the final report to be shared with a customer via email. This provides the customer with computer verification that the job has been done to the highest standard.

AMAZING APP!
This app is wild. I had no idea an iPhone had such incredible sensitivity. I had a slight wheel balance issue and the app picked it up immediately. My wife's car was smooth and sure enough that's what the app saw. Handy to be able to email results out and love the directory of closest shops. Definitely a niche app but executed beautifully.
