Clients appreciate this communication tool , it can be frustrating when it freezes and must be deleted and reloaded but over all I use it frequently and with successful results
Helpful app, but could use some updates
It’s a very helpful app to communicate with clients on the go. I appreciate the function of virtual number, regardless of texting or phone calls to ensure privacy. However, the app often is slow and frequently crashes. Also, I have a suggestion. Please make the “Do Not Disturb” setting to allow PM time to AM time (ie do not disturb after 10pm to 8am). It’s not very useful with the do not disturb function to only work during the day.
New app is amazing!
The new rebuilt app is excellent. Very stable and really improved over the prior version. Clients love the ability to interact with our teams by text and now it’s even better. Also, the ability to assign a text message to a patient right in the app makes it even easier to manage our medical record. Love his app! Cutting edge for the veterinary world!
