Description
The iGate Thermostat is a WiFi enabled communicating programmable thermostat that has a full-color LCD screen and easy to use interface. It easily connects with 4-wires to ClimateMaster’s DigitalTM line of Geothermal Heat Pumps and the iGate application allows you to control all your iGateTM Thermostats from anywhere at anytime. You can use this application to remotely adjust the thermostat's temperature, schedule or update a vacation event, change the system and/or fan operating settings and receive important alerts. Load the application and when prompted use your existing iGate user name and password to log in.

No longer works. No support.
I used the app for the last 4 years and a few days ago it kicked me out and asked me to log back in. It then complained my credentials were not correct. My credentials have not changed. They still work on the web version. I can find no way to reset my password. This app has not been supported for ages and I suspect it won’t be any time soon. ClimateMaster put their big expensive toy out there but unfortunately many of the bells and whistles just were not ready for prime time.
Does anyone manage this app?
Generally works but at a bare bones level. Two versions in the last 5+ years. Needs an update. Doesn’t have all functionality that web based login or thermostat access offers.
Minimal functionality. Use Web Portal instead.
As noted in title, minimal functionality. You need to create account at ClimateMaster website anyhow (app and portal appear created/managed by EcoBee). The Web Portal has a multitude more options, settings, even ability to name your thermostats. Only gave a two since it provides another method of (only) most basic control if you forget how to find. I don't expect this to be updated anytime soon without enough Trilogy units installed to justify development cost.
