Very useful for me
I was looking for a simple Gantt chart app for personal calendar planning. Then I came across this app which works well because I can create normal calendar events and then see a Gantt like visualization of the events. One can quickly zoom in and out of the calendar timeline and customize things sufficiently. Some time ago I had contacted the developer with a request. I got a reply and my suggestion was implemented after a reasonable time.
Closest yet to easy planning
This app is the closest thing I've found to being able to plan longer term without futzing over 'project' details I don't need which can get in the way. I can choose which usual calendars (work, personal, etc.) show up and add additional 'planning calendars’ (that don't need to show and crowd my daily calendar)-- these added calendars have their own timeline over a matter of weeks/ months (e.g. 'Start working on x'). I really wanted a calendar visual and this has it (others might not care about adding calendars for planning). CoCoCal can be zoomed in/out, too! Not perfect, yet worth the $ to try...took me awhile to find it and I'm glad I did.
Exchange
Would be nice if it worked with Exchange. Description says it uses all calendars on device but it does not.
