Mobile Link for Generators 4+

Mr. Brus is the most accommodating individual with whom I’ve ever worked. In the face of dealing with the repercussions of the COVID-19 pandemic which lengthened product lead times, he kept us informed of both potential and real delays in receiving and installing our 20KW generator. All of the trades required to install our unit were scheduled and coordinated by Mr. Brus. Other than ordering and paying for the unit, my only responsibility was to contact the gas company to arrange for a higher capacity gas meter, also scheduled by Mr. Brus. The quality of the installation is highly professional and conforms to state and city building and safety codes. After the installation was completed, Mr. Brus demonstrated the operation of the system and informed us of the maintenance timing and responsibilities and what to expect operationally when and if a power failure occurs. One of the most important aspects important to me was Mr. Brus’ keeping us informed of the entire process in which he exceeded our expectations every time. We can now rest assured that our home will have power available especially in severely hot or cold weather. Thank Mr. Brus!

This App has the most basic features for monitoring Your Generator and the information being shared is communicated through Your Generators Wifi Module… I’ve gotten the same results as A lot of reviewers of this Generac Development App. the Generator either loses the Wifi Connection or the App. says the Generator lost connection while the control panel says there is a strong signal connection yet and the App has it saying it lost connection… It is very frustrating to say the least and with the reviews of others about Generac’s customer service, leaves me feeling like this would be wasted time on hold for a countless amount of time… So I am just going to not bother with this issue until perhaps Generac feels the need to fix their issue with communication from their Product which at this time doesn’t seem very high on their list… I would think a Huge conglomerate like Generac would have a better solution for their Customers and their Products…

Well? Generac made a HUGE deal about their App Development Upgrade here and guess what? The App STILL is a HUGE Disappointment! Same WiFi Connection issue as Before as Described in My Above Review and Nothing has Improved… Thank You Again for the Total Letdown Developers! I’ll give You 1 Star now and I now wish Negative Stars were available…

For example, ML interconnects via a WiFi subsystem component of my 24kW Generac system that automatically interconnects to our wireless LAN. Recently we changed our ISP to Starlink. We forgot about this of course, but ML did not. ML not only alerted me to the problem, but downloaded specific instructions and an online App to my iPhone to restore connectivity within a few minutes. ML also integrates KDE Electric (Generac Contrator) to monitor and maintain my backup power system thus assuring reliability.
